COACH DEAN (Head Boys Coach) Coach Dean is entering his 10th year with the CMS track program. He also currently teaches Physical Education at CMS. Coach Dean enjoys coaching the athletes at CMS and believes the coaches we have on staff make the CMS track program second to none. The expectations that our coaches and athletes have create a culture where our CMS track athletes experience personal and team successes that are unique to the sport of Track & Field.

COACH CAMPBELL (Assistant Boys Coach) Coach Campbell is entering her 4th year with the CMS track program. She has taught math at BSHS for the past 8 years. She loves watching and playing all sports and has been competing in the throwing events for the past 16 years, so it has become more than just a school activity/sport but a fun hobby as well. As a thrower in High School, Coach Campbell was the 6A State Champion in both the Shot Put and Discus events her senior year. She went on to MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS to get her Math Education degree while playing basketball and competing on the track team. She qualified for Nationals every year, and was named a NAIA All-American with her 5th place throw in the Hammer at the National Meet. She currently holds both the indoor and outdoor shot, weight throw and hammer records at MNU. Since graduating, she has helped coach track at her alma mater, but after being told MNU was cutting their Track &Field Program, Coach Campbell was excited to hear about the opening and to come on board to help the throwers at the most basic and beginning stages and get them started on their own Thrower's journey.

COACH BRAGG (Head Girls Coach)
Coach Bragg is in his 5th year as the Head Girls Coach. The sport of track is a favorite. He participated in track and field throughout his high school career and a year in college. A few of Bragg's highlights include a top five all-time 100 meter time at his high school and numerous 4x100 meter relay medals. He spent a year at Friends University playing football and running indoor track before completing his teaching degree at Wichita State University. Coach Bragg believes that helping young student/athletes realize their potential is an important step in developing a path of success. When a student realizes and understands the mindset for personal success the possibilities are endless. COACH MARMON (Assistant Girls Coach)
Coach Marmon is beginning her 5th year as a middle school track coach. She currently works at Delaware Ridge Elementary and coaches middle school volleyball.
In high school she began her love of running, which has grown ever since. During college at University of Northern Iowa, Coach Marmon competed in area three and five mile runs. After college she decided to train and run in the 2005 Chicago Marathon. Since then she continues to run and participate in local races.
When the position at the middle school opened for track, Coach Marmon knew that she wanted to build a passion for running in the students. Another goal Coach Marmon has for the track stars are to be proud and keep working at their personal best.
